Michelle Candotti obtained her piano Diploma at the age of 14. She studied at the Royal College of Music in London with M° Alexeev and at the Imola Academy with M° Pace. She is currently studying under the supervision of M° Palese and attending the Konzert examen course at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg with M°Rutkowski. She was a semifinalist at the 18th Chopin International Competition in Warsaw. Her awards include 2nd prize at the 11th German Piano Award, 2nd prize at the 34th Ettore Pozzoli Competition, and 3rd prize with Audience Prize at the XVII Grand Prix Animato in Paris, as well as being a prizewinner at the 5th Maj Lind Piano Competition. She performed for the President of the Italian Republic at the Quirinale Palace, broadcast by RAI Radio, and has performed in venues such as the Royal Albert Hall, Elbphilharmonie, Salle Cortot, and the Romanian Atheneum, and as a soloist with orchestras including the Finnish Radio Symphony Orchestra and the Orchestra della Toscana.
