Twenty-four pianists from twelve countries have been selected among more than one hundred applicants to compete in the First International Piano Competition “City of Malaga” to be held from June 7 to 15, 2025.
Awards
The prizes, subject to the legally established withholdings, will be the following:

20.000 euros
The first prize includes 20,000 euros, a diploma, a trophy designed by FLOW81 and a concert tour.
- In one of the cycles organized by the Malaga Philharmonic Orchestra
- At the Festival by Piano “Rafael Orozco” from Córdoba
- In the season of the Teatro Ciudad de Marbella
- In the Season of the Pharos Arts Foundation of Pharos (Cyprus)
- Concert at the Tenerife Auditorium Piano Season

The second prize includes 10,000 euros and an honorary diploma.
