Sung Ho Yoo has established an international presence through his profound artistry. Most recently, he was awarded First Prize at the 2024 Seoul International Music Competition. In 2025, his recital in Fort Worth was released under the Apple Music and Platoon, followed by a solo album recorded live at the Seoul Arts Center and released under the Audioguy label. A Special Prize winner at the 2018 Geneva International Music Competition, Yoo has collaborated with prestigious orchestras, including Novaya Rossiya State Symphony Orchestra and KBS Symphony Orchestra, under conductors such as Sascha Goetzel and Yury Tkachenko. As a versatile recitalist, Yoo has performed at major venues including the Van Cliburn Concert Hall, Bechstein Zentrum Hannover, and Seoul Arts Center. As an avid chamber musician, he has also performed with cellists such as Zlatomir Fung and István Várdai. Yoo earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at the Korea National University of Arts and a second Master’s from the New England Conservatory under Dang Thai Son. He is currently pursuing the Konzertexamen at the Hochschule für Musik, Theater und Medien Hannover with Arie Vardi.
