Contestant

Twenty-one year old pianist Zhehao Wang is currently studying at the Juilliard School under pianist and professor Hung-Kuan Chen. He previously studied at Shanghai Conservatory of Music under Professor Shuo-Huang and Professor Natasha Filippova. He also gained recognition from prominent musician and educator Da-Chun You, and studied with him for 4 years.
He won the Second Prize, 2016 Los Angeles Young Musician International Competition Category E, second award from 2019 Pearl River Kayserburg International Youth Piano Competition. Second prize of Gustav Mahler Piano Competition.
Additionally, he received the Niu Ende Scholarship from Shanghai Conservatory of Music. He has attended numerous master classes and received guidance from the maestros such as Mikhail Voskresensky, Gary Graffman, Vadim Rudenko, and William Nabore.
