Pablo Amorós acquired his own musical thought under the teaching of the universal pianist Alicia de Larrocha, and two other great pianists and teachers: the Spanish Cristina Bruno and the Italian Noretta Conci, a student of Arturo Benedetti Michelangeli. He has performed in some of the most important venues and cycles in Spain: Auditorio Nacional, in Madrid; Great Theater of the Liceu, in Barcelona; Palau de la Música, Valencia; Santander Festival Palace; Euskalduna Palace, Bilbao; Opera Palace of La Coruña; Manuel de Falla Auditorium, in Granada; Maestranza Theater, Seville; Jovellanos Theater, in Gijón; Juan March Foundation, in Madrid; Great Theater of Córdoba; at the Rafael Orozco International Piano Festival; Classics in Summer, from the Community of Madrid; Musika-Música Festival, Bilbao; Summer Festival, Menorca.

In recent years he has developed with notable success an important concert activity outside of Spain. He has given concerts in some of the best auditoriums in China, such as Shanghai Oriental Art Center, Guangzhou Concert Hall, Tianjin Grand Theater, Chengdu Telunsu Concert Halls, Chongqing Guotai Arts Center Concert Hall, Ningbo Grand Theater. And also in important theaters and seasons in the USA, South America, Italy, France, England and the Arab Emirates.

He has played with the Galicia Symphony Orchestra, Mihail Jora de Bacau Orchestra, Peñíscola Symphony Orchestra, Córdoba Orchestra, Málaga Philharmonic Orchestra, Madrid Soloists Chamber Orchestra, Castilla y León Symphony Orchestra, Partiture Philharmonic Orchestra, Córdoba Youth Orchestra, Nueva Lima Classical Chamber Orchestra, Madrid Municipal Symphonic Band, Madrid Festival Orchestra. And with the directors José Trigueros, Luis Cobos, Ovidiu Balan, Vsevolod Polonski, Alejandro Posada, Juan Paulo Gómez, José Santofimia, Mario Ortuño, Marnix Willem Steffen, Santiago Serrate, Salvador García.

He has recorded the complete piano works of Leonardo Balada, who dedicated a piece to him included on the album (on the NAXOS label). He also “Granados vs Falla”, on the anniversary of the death of both composers. He toured with actor Emilio Gutiérrez Caba, performing works from the album. And “Spanish Cello Sonatas”, for the IBS label, with which it was on the cover of Scherzo magazine, and which has had a great echo in the media. On television: 1 newscast, Attention Obras… In the press: interviews and reviews in El País, El Mundo, ABC, El Correo, Diario de Sevilla, Ópera Actual, Ritmo, Scherzo… On radio: Cadena SER and Radio Nacional.

His last recording is Clifton Worsley’s 12 Bosston Waltzes for the Lollipop Records label.
