Contestant

Chanyeon Jung began his piano studies at the age of seven. Later he entered Sunhwa Arts Middle School, which is top of the Arts school in South Korea. After Graduate Sunhwa Arts Middle School, he went on to attend the Sunhwa Arts High School. He enjoys expanding his repertoire and building his career in music.
In 2019, Jung got a special prize from ‘Piano Campus International Competition’, France. Also, in Korea He got Prize at Ewha-Kyunghyang Music Competiton, Joongang Music Competition, Korea Chopin Competition.
In this same year, He entered Seoul National University.
After that he entered Seoul National University. He got many recitals, held by the Kumho Asiana Cultural Foundation, the highest competitive event in South Korea.
In 2022, He won 1st Prize at 49th Joongang Music Competition, the most important competition in Korea. Same year, He won 1st Prize at Korea Liszt Competition. Chanyeon also participate ‘2022 Tel-Hai International Piano Master Classes’ in Israel.
He is currently studying with Aviram Reichert in Seoul National University.
