Twenty-four pianists from twelve countries have been selected among more than one hundred applicants to compete in the First International Piano Competition “City of Malaga” to be held from June 7 to 15, 2025.
Awards
The prizes, subject to the legally established withholdings, will be the following:

20.000 euros
The first prize includes 20,000 euros, an honorary diploma, a trophy designed by FLOW81 and a concert tour.

The second prize includes 10,000 euros and an honorary diploma.

The third prize includes 6,000 euros and an honorary diploma.

Best classified Spaniard.
Includes 1,500 euros and a concert with the Iberian Sinfonietta in its season

Special prize for the best performer of the semi-final includes 1,500 euros, a professional recording and a recital.
