Born in 2002 in A Coruña, Miguel Iglesias Lista began his musical career at the age of seven. At the age of fourteen he was selected to play in events such as the Festival Musical Pilgrims and has performed in halls such as the Auditorio de Galicia or the Philharmonie de Haarlem. He is currently studying for a Master’s degree at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam with Frank van de Laar, after graduating from his Bachelor’s Degree with maximum distinction. He is the winner of numerous competitions, including the 1st Prize at the Ibiza International Piano Competition (2025) and his position as a semi-finalist at the Queen Elisabeth (2025). He has been recognized with the Extraordinary Prize of Galicia, scholarships from the Xunta and plays a Bösendorfer piano from the Het Muziekinstrumentenfonds He has received advice from renowned international pianists such as Claudio Martínez Mehner, Cristina Bruno, Boris Berman, Eldar Neboslin, among others.
