French pianist named Classical Revelation of the ADAMI 2023, Tom Carré “captivates with his unique voice” (Classica).
Revealed on the show Générations France Musique, Tom Carré has also distinguished himself in prestigious international competitions such as Clara Haskil competition, Long-Thibaud competition, and winning the 3rd Prize, the Audience Prize, and three Special Prizes at the international Piano Campus competition.
Originally from Carcassonne, Tom studied at the Toulouse Conservatory before joining Denis Pascal’s class at the Paris National Conservatory (CNSMDP. He has also benefited from the guidance of Cédric Tiberghien at the Jaroussky Academy.
He is regularly invited to perform as a soloist and chamber musician at festivals such as the Journées Ravel, Piano Folies du Touquet, Les Musicales de Normandie, Les Pianissimes, and more. He has also performed at venues such as the Scala Paris, the Auditorium of La Seine Musicale, the Opéra Comédie in Montpellier, the Kursaal in Bern, and Salle Cortot.
